FindDNAFamily cannot guarantee we will find your birth relatives but we will always use our best efforts. We will continue to work on your behalf as new matches can appear anytime. Thus, we do not offer refunds.
We charge a one-time flat fee. By checking the "I accept to the terms of engagement" box below, you not only agree to the terms of this contract, you confirm that you have read and reviewed this contract and that you understand that our fees are non-refundable and that we cannot guarantee results.
Further, you agree to not hold FindDNAFamily or any of its employees liable for any damages related to or resulting from the outcome of your search results.
